Our team

​In accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of its Bylaws, the Fondation Humanité consists of three bodies:

 - The General Assembly (GA);

- The Board of Directors (BD);

- The Coordination Committee.

The General Assembly is the Foundation’s decision-making and deliberative body. It comprises all founding members, full members, and supporting or honorary members. Supporting and honorary members participate in General Assembly meetings without voting rights.

The Board of Directors is the body responsible for ensuring the implementation and execution of the General Assembly’s resolutions. It is vested with the broadest powers to manage the Foundation and authorize any act or transaction falling within the scope of the Foundation’s purpose, except those expressly reserved for the General Assemblies.

The Coordination Team is the body responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization. As such, it is entrusted with the general mission of achieving the Foundation’s objectives, ensures the proper management of assets and resources, and maintains ongoing oversight of activities and delegated tasks. It is led by a Coordinator, assisted by a Deputy Coordinator.

The Coordination Team is made up of extraordinary people who put people at the center of everything. This team is dedicated to making life less unjust for people, educating them, training them, and helping them thrive.
